Lambeth Townhall
Cartwright Pickard won the competition to provide new office accommodation for LB of Lambeth, including the refurbishment of Grade II Listed Lambeth Town Hall in Brixton.
Key design features include a new public realm, greater public access to the restored Grade II-listed Town Hall building, and creation of 13,905 m2 of energy efficient, highly flexible workspace and 194 new homes.
