What information will the client and other stakeholders typically need, and in what form, to support their decisions at each point in the project process? The standard calls this the Organisational Information Requirement or OIR. Alongside this lies the information typically needed to use, operate and maintain the finished building, the Asset Information Requirement or AIR. Any team will need to know what to deliver and when as part of their scopes of service.
